STATE BOARD OF VETERINARY MEDICAL EXAMINERS
Pursuant to the Maryland Public Information Act, a person may request to inspect formal disciplinary actions that the State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners has taken against veterinarians, including those listed at the Regulatory Information Center, below. The request must be in writing and directed to: State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners, 50 Harry S. Truman Parkway, Annapolis, MD 21401. The Board shall respond to this request within 30 days from its receipt. The Board may require payment of a reasonable fee to respond to the request, covering such items as copying costs and the time expended to search for any requested record.
